I have been in the Lake Norman & Greater Charlotte since 2005 and in 2015 I started helping inform about community and entertainment events, local news, trends and buying and selling real estate in the market.

Originally from the San Fernando Valley outside of Los Angeles, I have made Lake Norman and the Charlotte region my forever home. Raising children here and getting to know my community has been an enriching time and living here is truly the best choice I have made. I am appreciative of the changes and growth Lake Norman and Charlotte have been through, making these towns some of the best places to be in North Carolina. My desire is to work with others moving in, up or first time within these cities I call home.

Because I take and absorb all this community has to offer, it's only natural to give back to distinct charities that I feel strongly about. This is not just with financial donations but with my time and efforts providing back to those that live here.

Adopt-A-Hwy - Monthly street clean up for 2 mile stretch in Cornelius, called Hannaman Homes, LKN which you will find between Sam Furr/73 to Westmoreland on to Jetton Rd. on W. Catawba Ave.

Girls on the Run - Coach and event sponsor for Girls on the Run Charlotte, which is a life-changing program for 8- to 13-year-old girls that promotes girl empowerment by teaching life skills through lessons and running.

Realtors® Care Day- Charlotte Regional Realtors® Association Housing Foundation building homes for Our Towns Habitat.

Tate Cares Campaign fundraising for the Arts, Sciences, History and Life Safety Nets of the communities I serve.

Strides for Shelter - The Housing Opportunity Foundation is the charitable, non-pro?t arm of the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association. The foundation strives to affect a better quality of life in the Charlotte region by promoting affordable homeownership, providing funding to create housing opportunities.

And of course I like to have fun and be involved as much as possible with those around me. I routinely visit local shops, restaurants and festivals reminding everyone what this place has to offer. I attend Chamber and Town Hall meetings to be knowledgeable about community rules and new construction updates. I give tours to newcomers and give my feedback to those that live here of what I have learned.
